You You~今天又是雙降,很棒!這37天下來脂肪一路穩穩往下,到今天累積減掉 ↓2.37kg,很不容易👍 昨天的蝦子、干貝、全蛋都是很好的原型蛋白。兩個小提醒:毛豆很好但它同時是蛋白也是澱粉,早午餐都吃的話容易讓數據波動,可以換成去皮雞腿、蝦;豆乾是加工的,改成天然豆腐或黑豆更好。晚餐有多加地瓜葉和牛肉,如果是跟顧問討論過的調整就沒問題喔💛
