Hi CILI! Today's reading shows a slight rise in body fat %, but please don't worry — it's mainly because your water level dropped quite a bit, so the scale's estimate is just a little off. It's NOT real fat gain 💛 Yesterday's meals were really clean — fish, chicken, veggies, plus your WOW and 123, all great 👍 Today just focus on drinking plenty of water to rehydrate, and the numbers will settle back. You're doing wonderfully — keep it up!
