One small thing: yesterday's lunch was veg wrap with no meat — today try to include some protein at lunch (chicken, fish, eggs, or shrimp) to keep your muscle mass supported 😊

文文,今天雙降!體重脂肪都在下降的方向,從開始到現在累積減脂 **6.16 kg**,這個成果很了不起 🎉
昨天有搭配 Joy 123,排便也 2 次,腸道狀態很好 ✅!還有散步 1.5 公里也很棒 🚶♀️
有兩個地方下次可以留意一下:
① 昨天飲水大概 2300 ml,稍微有點少,今天試試看補到 2500 ml 以上會更好喔!
② 昨天晚餐女兒煮的義大利麵,我們晚上盡量不吃澱粉,下次可以試試把麵換成多一些蔬菜或蛋白質,這樣晚上的燃脂效果會更好 😊
